"Ramund" 

2012 - cyr wheel solo

 

A very early piece, created as a studen at the National Circus school in 2012. This piece is the storyof a young viking on a quest to slay some notorious giants. Following the narrative of the music, "Ramund hin Unge" by the Faroesian folk metal band "TYR", the piece blends contemporary dance and cyr in the epic re-telling of the story of Ramund, the giant slayer. 

I have plans to revamp and revive this piece sometime in 2015
